Account & Registration

To create an account on Betjali, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number and must be at least 18 years old. Simply fill in your name, mobile number, preferred username, and password in the registration form — and your account is ready. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

No. Under Betjali's policy, each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Use that OTP to set a new password. If you run into any issues, email us at support@betjali.click.

To update core account details, you'll need to contact our support team. Send your request along with a copy of your ID to support@betjali.click. We'll verify everything and apply the changes within 48 hours.

Instant verification is not required for small betting or deposit amounts. However, identity verification may be needed when withdrawing larger amounts. You can easily verify your identity by submitting a photo of your National ID card or passport.

Deposits & Payments

After logging in, click the "Deposit" button. Choose your preferred payment method — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — enter the amount, and follow the instructions. Your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes.

Minimum deposit on Betjali ৳100 and a maximum of per single transaction ৳50,000. A separate daily total deposit limit also applies. Visit the Financial Transactions page for full details.

Balance is usually credited within 5–15 minutes. If it takes longer, collect your payment transaction ID (TxID) and send it to support@betjali.click. We'll verify it manually and credit your account.

Betjali does not charge any deposit fees. However, mobile banking services such as Mobile Pay or Nagad may apply their own service charges. This is entirely governed by the payment provider's own policy.

Withdrawals & Payouts

After submitting a withdrawal request, it typically takes 15 minutes to 24 hours Processing is completed within that time. It may take a bit longer during peak hours. Weekdays are generally processed faster.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount at Betjali ৳500. Maximum per single transaction ৳1,00,000 Withdrawals are available. If you exceed the daily withdrawal limit, you can submit a new request the following day.

If a withdrawal is declined, you'll be notified of the reason. Common reasons include: unverified account, unmet wagering requirements, or incorrect payment details. Resolve the issue and resubmit your request.

No, bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus has specific Wagering Requirement that must be met before the bonus can be converted into real balance. Check the Promotions page for full details.

Betting Rules

Betjali offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, basketball, hockey, and 30+ other sports. Special odds are available for Bangladesh cricket matches, and Live Betting is fully supported.

Live Betting lets you place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. Odds shift moment to moment, so quick decisions matter. Just log in and head to the "Live" section to see all ongoing matches.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, Betjali will automatically refund the bet amount to your balance. Our standard policy applies in the case of abandoned matches.

Minimum bet on Betjali ৳20 starting. Maximum limits vary by sport and market, and are generally higher for major tournaments. You can see the limit for each market on the bet slip.

Betjali uses decimal odds. For example, with odds of 2.50, a ৳100 bet would return ৳250 if you win (including your original stake). The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome — but the bigger the reward. Our Match Odds See the page for details.

Bonuses & Promotions

When you register on Betjali, you receive a special welcome bonus on your first deposit. The bonus amount and terms may vary over time. To see the latest offer, Promotions Page View.

A rollover or wagering requirement means you must bet a set multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, a 5x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets. Each bonus has its own specific terms.

Share your referral code or link with a friend. Once they register and make a deposit, you'll earn a referral bonus. The more you refer, the more you earn. Full terms are on the Promotions page.

Mobile App

The Betjali Android app is available directly from our Download Page available. It's not on the Google Play Store — the APK file needs to be installed directly. Before installing, enable "Unknown Sources" in your phone's settings.

First, make sure your phone has at least 100 MB of free storage. Check that Settings > Security > Unknown Sources is enabled. Try re-downloading the file — the previous download may have been corrupted. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Betjali's iOS app isn't available yet. iPhone users can visit betjali.click on Safari or Chrome for a fully mobile-optimized experience. An iOS app is coming soon.

Security & Privacy

Yes, Betjali uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal information and transaction details are stored on fully encrypted servers. No data is shared with any third party.

Yes, Betjali supports two-factor authentication (2FA). Go to Account Settings, navigate to the "Security" option, and enable 2FA. Each time you log in, an OTP will be sent to your mobile. Keeping this enabled significantly improves your account security.

Change your password immediately and notify us at support@betjali.click. We will temporarily lock your account and investigate. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — Betjali support will never ask for your password.
